Mountain Food, Mountain Breakfast
Mountain food is known to be simple yet hearty, with most of it from the local farms. Our favorite is a good old-fashioned mountain breakfast, with pancakes, bacon, and sausage. The Farmhose Breakfast features: 2 lbs. of double smoked center cut maple cured bacon, 2 lbs. of our smoky maple links, a pint of real maple syrup, a 1 1/2 lb. package of old fashioned pancake mix, and a 12 oz. jar of Fruit and Berry Spread.
