From Blue Ridge Mountains:
WAYNESBORO — While the Valley floor is slowly being released from the icy grip of a record-breaking winter, the same can’t be said of the Blue Ridge mountains, where Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway are still locked in a nearly impassable, frozen mess.
